You don't have to be a"fashionable little size 2" to be healthy. She is a well-educated person who knew the importance of exercise and nutrition, but sadly her poor mental health deviated her from the right path.

Her dietician made her a great diet chart that only required a 20% calorie deficit.

Yes, I know it's hard to lose weight, but she regrets not even trying.

You know you did everything to lose weight, but she can't say the same. That's her regret.
