When I first started this challenge, I had a weak upper body so push-up was a challenge. So, I did this challenge in breaks I would do 10 burpees and then take a breather.
This 20 minute time is including the break, where I would be hunched over with aching muscles trying to catch my breath.
I sometimes did it at the ending of a workout, which was even more brutal.
So, it took me at most 20 minutes to complete this workout with breaks, and I hated burpees so I used to procrastinate by taking longer breaks.
David Goggins, recommends doing 100 burpees under 10 minutes as a burpees test.
It is amazing that you are so passionate about fitness even at 70, I hope to be just like you. I am sure you can break my record, and even pass the Goggins test if you practiced.
