The benfits of breakfast are different for everybody. I can easily fast for an hour after waking up, but after that I get headaches that prompts me to eat.
So, I am somewhere in the middle of this breakfast situation.
I can fast but I get headaches 90% of the time. So, I have a late breakfast.
