I am glad to hear that you gave up sodas. They are empty calories and can put you in an early grave. You might enjoy this story that I wrote on sodas.
And I did try apple cider vinegar with water, it helped with bloating and gas. I have a friend who highly recommends it on empty stomach.
But I like to start my day with warm water. Sometimes I add lemon. Thank you for reading!
