Here in Delhi, there is a cafe where you can get a free pizza if you can do 10 pull-ups. 5 for women. I tried it but wasn’t able to do more than 3. One of my male friends did 10 pull-ups and got us the free pizza. It was a fun game too.

Squats do rock, after so many months of doing them daily, I can attest to stronger glutes and better back. I have also made it a rule to do my daily squats before showering.
