Fruits are a natural source for many vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
I am not a dessert person, I would indulge once in a while in some chocolaty goodness but other than that I usually avoid sweets because I am not a fan.
I have asian metabolism and an active lifestyle so maybe that is why I didn't gain any weight.
But as I wrote in the story my doctor advised to eat more bananas, so I assumed it was safe experiment.
I did not experience ant side effects so, I guess it was safe for me.
