Bananas are rich in potassium, antioxidants, and Vitamin C, all of which support heart health.
A study revealed that people who follow a high fiber diet had lower risk for heart diseases. So, banana sure are great for heart.
There is no scientific study that link bananas with cramp reduction. But I too experienced less cramps when ate two bananas a day.
